Birthday Painting

Well, this painting is untitled so far. As you can see, it's in the first stages. I'll be posting the following stages as I finish them. My next step is to ink the line drawing. Then I will paint it with Watercolors. Unfortunately, I don't have a scanner, so I just had to take a photo of it. Sorry for the quality. I am painting this for a colleague's birthday. I haven't decided the final colors yet, but I know it will have a lot of green and gold and the butterflies will probably be red.



Paper: 100% Cotton Cold Pressed 140 Lb Watercolor Paper
Size: 10" x 14"
Pencil: Tombow Draft Pencil 3B
